Effects and efficacy:
Applicable to respiratory tract infections such as acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, bronchitis and pneumonia caused by sensitive bacteria, urogenital tract infections and skin and soft tissue infections.
Usage and dosage:
Adult capsule oral administration: 0.25-0.5g once, once every 6-8 hours, the maximum daily dose is 4g. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Tablet oral administration: 0.5g once, once every 6 hours, the dose can be increased to 1g for more severe infections, but the total daily dose shall not exceed 4g. Granules and dry suspension oral administration: 0.25-0.5g once, once every 6 hours, the dose can be increased to 1g for more severe infections, but the total daily dose shall not exceed 4g. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Cefradine for injection: 0.5-1.0g once, once every 6 hours, the maximum daily dose is 8g. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Children’s capsule oral administration: 6.25-12.5mg/kg per body weight, once every 6-8 hours. Please follow your doctor’s advice for details. Oral tablets: 25-50 mg per kilogram per day, divided into equal doses every 6 hours or 12 hours. In severe cases, the dose can be increased to 75-100 mg per kilogram of body weight per day. Oral cefradine dry suspension: 6.25-12.5 mg/kg per body weight, once every 6 hours. Please follow your doctor’s advice for details. Cefradine for injection: 12.5-25 mg/kg per body weight for children (over 1 year old), once every 6 hours. Please follow your doctor’s advice for details. Note: For patients with renal impairment, when the creatinine clearance rate is >20 ml/min, 5-20 ml/min and <5 ml/min, the dosage is 0.5 g every 6 hours, 0.25 g every 6 hours and 0.25 g every 12 hours, respectively.
