Effects and efficacy: This product has diuretic and detumescent effects. It is mainly used to treat various edematous diseases, including congestive heart failure, ascites due to liver cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, and water and sodium retention during treatment with adrenal glucocorticoids. The main purpose of medication is to correct the secondary aldosterone secretion in the above situation and antagonize the potassium excretion effect of other diuretics. It can also be used for diuresis in gout patients and for the treatment of idiopathic edema.

Usage and dosage: Oral medication. For specific usage and dosage for different populations and different diseases, please consult a doctor and refer to the drug instructions of different preparations. Common dosage for adults: Start with 25-100 mg (half a tablet to 2 tablets) per day, taken in 2 times. When used in combination with other diuretics, the dose can be reduced. The maintenance stage can be changed to alternate-day therapy. The maximum dose does not exceed 300 mg (6 tablets) per day. Common dosage for children: Start with 2-4 mg/kg per day or 120 mg/m per body surface area, taken in 2 times, daily or alternate-day therapy. Adjust the dose as appropriate later. The maximum dose should not exceed 6mg/kg or 300mg/m per day.
